Parking
Reserved parking is available behind the clinic every day of the week. Look for spots marked for One Heart Wellness. Street parking is also available nearby if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the spot to someone else.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. Thank you for your understanding!

Karn graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2024. Before that, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on accounting from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Despite his background in business, Karn has always been passionate about healthcare and learning in this field.
Friendly and motivated, Karn is dedicated to providing patient-centred care to help improve his patients’ quality of life. He utilizes a variety of techniques, including general Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, passive/active stretching, and joint mobilizations, tailored to each patient’s specific needs. Karn has hands-on experience working with patients in outreach programs such as Royal City Manor, George Pearson Centre, Vancouver Football Club, UBC Thunderbirds, and Women’s Wellness programs, where he supported pre-and post-natal patients.
Outside of his professional life, Karn enjoys attending music festivals, hiking, traveling, staying active, and exploring the city with family and friends.
